Chandler began painting alongside his father at the age of 15, sharpening his skills over 11 years of dedicated service. As a local paramedic, he has built his life on a foundation of integrity and high-stakes precision—qualities he now brings to every residential project. What began as a vision to provide a better life for his wife, Chelsea, and their two children, has grown into a premier refinishing service backed by generations of expertise. For Chandler, A1 Painting is more than a business—it is a family legacy in the making. Having started under his father at just 15 years old, Chandler has spent over 11 years mastering the technical nuances of the painting trade. Outside of the job site, Chandler serves the community as a Paramedic. This background in emergency services brings a unique level of high-stakes precision, organization, and integrity to the backend of the business. As a husband and father of two, he is dedicated to ensuring that the “A1 Standard” provides every client with the same level of care and reliability he would expect for his own family’s home.
Shane Mangrum
Project Manager
Shane is the backbone of our on-site operations, bringing an unparalleled 39 years of professional painting experience to the team. Having spent nearly four decades perfecting his craft, there isn’t a surface, coating, or architectural challenge he hasn’t successfully mastered. As Project Manager, Shane is the “boots on the ground,” overseeing every project from start to finish. He personally ensures that our crews maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, focusing on the meticulous preparation and finishing touches that define a premium job. His leadership allows A1 Painting to combine old-school work ethic with modern, high-performance coating technology.
